Our approach
The site is designed with WCAG-oriented practices and aims toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Current features include semantic landmarks, structured headings, keyboard-accessible navigation, visible focus indicators, responsive layouts, high-contrast text, descriptive labels, reduced-motion support, and content that does not rely on color alone.
Known limitations
Accessibility can be affected by browser, device, assistive technology, third-party services, linked documents, or content that has not yet completed review. An accessibility aim is not a claim of perfect or permanent conformance. MFA will prioritize correction of barriers that prevent access to core information or contact pathways.
Requesting assistance
If you cannot access content or complete an action, email MFA with the page address and a description of the barrier. We will work to provide the information in an accessible alternative format and evaluate a durable correction.
Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is included in content, design, development, and quality review. The site will be reassessed after material changes and when meaningful feedback identifies a barrier.
