Work with us

Start with understanding—not a prepackaged solution.

The primary conversion point is a structured assessment pathway. MFA first determines fit and need, then scopes the level of discovery, assessment, design, and implementation the organization actually requires.

Client ownership
Mission Forge builds with leaders. The client retains authority over mission, governance, decisions, implementation, and the systems created.

Engagement pathway

Six steps from inquiry to a clear decision.

Not every inquiry becomes a full assessment or engagement. The process is designed to identify the right next step without implying that every service fits every organization.

What assessment means

Evidence before scope.

A broad problem statement may point to a narrow fix—or reveal a cross-functional dependency. Assessment creates a defensible basis for deciding what to do, in what order, at what level of rigor, and with which owners.

What MFA may request

  • Authorized organizational contacts
  • Mission, programs, lifecycle stage, and current goals
  • Existing governing, financial, operating, and program records
  • Stakeholder interviews appropriate to the scope
  • Known constraints, conflicts, deadlines, and risks

What MFA does not need initially

  • Passwords or account credentials
  • Social Security numbers or personal tax records
  • Payment-card or bank-login information
  • Unnecessary beneficiary or employee personal data
  • Sensitive records through an unapproved channel

Scope & fees

Written terms before substantive work.

Every engagement should clearly identify the contracting entity, purpose, Method version when applicable, included work, exclusions, outputs, schedule, client participation, data handling, ownership, limitations, and price or fee structure.

MFA favors scope-based pricing rather than a blanket percentage of grant awards. Alternative, phased, flexible, or deferred terms are available only when expressly offered and documented in the agreement.

No automatic engagement: Completing an inquiry, screening, or assessment does not obligate either party to proceed.
